About the event
Hosted by ABLE NH, the Disability Pride Parade and Festival is New Hampshire’s premier celebration of disability identity, community, and justice. What began as a smaller disability justice march has grown into a major public event. This year’s theme, “Every Body, Every Mind,” celebrates the full diversity within the disability community: visible and invisible disabilities, physical and cognitive differences, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and mental health. The event is a joyful, family-friendly celebration that centers the voices and experiences of disabled people of all backgrounds.
The 2026 event features:
-A festive parade through downtown Concord, starting and ending at the State House
-A curated festival with tabling sections of businesses and organizations representing issues of disability, advocacy, wellness, equity, youth/education, arts, and more
-A 30-minute speaker program featuring speakers and community leaders
-Music and entertainment throughout the morning
