Parade 11:00am – 11:20am, State House Plaza to Bicentennial Square (1 Odd Fellows Ave) to State House Plaza
Festival 11:00am – 1:00am State House Plaza
10:00am – Grounds open for all vendors to begin set-up
10:00am – Marching teams start to meet at State House Plaza to stage the parade
