Hollis Democrats Special Meeting

In an attempt to deter the progress of the superintendent-appointed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory’s revised resolution on DEI, a petition warrant article was submitted for the HB Co-op. It is important for everyone to understand the origins and the intent of this petition warrant article.  To that end, instead of meeting at on our usual date of the 4th Tuesday, our February meeting will be this Tuesday, February 9th at 7:30pm via Zoom.

The Honorable Melanie Levesque and the Honorable Michelle St. John will be take us on a deep dive into the origins and ramifications of this petition warrant article so that we can all make our views known by attending the public hearing on Wednesday, submitting emails to the school board, and of course, by voting.
