As Granite Staters, we work hard for our families and communities. We deserve a tax system that’s fair to everyone.
But right now, our friends and neighbors pay about 6.6% of their income in state and local taxes. Big corporations pay a far lower rate—around 4.4% on profits—thanks to GOP tax cuts and loopholes for big businesses.
That’s not right.
It’s time we stand together and demand a tax system that:
Respects our hard work
Protects our homes
Ensures everyone contributes their fair share.
